the soundtracks were possible to get from resident evil 4 on PC, but i don't know if Resident evil 5 is using the same compression program, since i have it on my xbox. If so, you can extract them using "OGG vorbis". If you don't have the game on PC, you should find sounds somewhere on the net, as usual. But i suggest you to not start looking for them only if you want to have here them talk
