So, the Gulf of Mexico is fresh water and birds can't use suntan oil. This guy must teach at BP. Next in the series will be the effects of oil on Rocky The Flying Squirrel.

Why not put a large floating barrier around oil drilling rigs so that the oil will (at least sort of) stay in one place?
