1995 Suzuki DS80 Rebuild

Not my typical how to video. This is more just a cool technical art video I suppose. Just me working in the garage, all alone, listening to the radio, cussing at my mistakes. You can't hear that though, that would be boring. So I overlayed some free publicly available music that YouTube can't get mad at me about. Has a Wiseco piston, FMF Fatty pipe, FMF Power Core 2 silencer. I removed the oil pump and converted the motor to run on pre-mix. Ran pretty good for about 20 minutes. See my next video to see my dumb mistake. I'll fix it though. It's just my stupidity that cost me about $150.

DS 80's are verry good, and reliable little bikes, thats what i learned on, I got a 1992 for xmas, It wish I never sold it, cool rebild, I didn't think you could be a FMF pipe for a DS, cool video bud, If I see a DS around here for cheap I might buy It up just to cruse around on

@Dairyair21 I'm a PITBIKER ( A open cradled frame, 4-stroke air cooled engine with a rear rim maximum of 12'' ) at heart! I love my KLX and it's my favorite bike out of the ones I own. I have a '91 YZ 125 and I just keep it around as a spare bike, as my 2002 KX 125 is getting a Wiesco .80 over top end and crank, and a complete run though. Anyway, you can't compare yourself to me. I ride small-bore 4-strokes and you ride 2-strokes, and that's fine. I'm not a pussy, I have different tastes thanyou

@theonetheycallsusuki actually I just redid the top end on my YZ 80 with a new wiseco piston and rings and now I have a new project which also needs top end is a kx80 so I've pulled many top ends I also did the top end a shit load on my Kdx 80 and a klx110? Get a good bike like a yamaHA, HA as in "HA I BEAT YOU!" cause yamahas are faster them kawasucki only reason I have 2 Kawasaki is because I got the Kdx for $50 and the Kx for free
