  • Most wires are not insulated. Its called equal potential. Now if that bird touched both wires at the same time....BOOM. I work for a Utility company . Seen some animals blow up sad to say. He is right on

  • i didnt get dis coz sometimes birds sits on da ground n sudden back on the wires they touches the ground which is having low voltage
