  • my gym bought one of these bout two weeks ago, my max with a regular bar was 300 but with this one it went down about 50lbs lol!! it really puts you in you place, way to go Elliott!!

  • @deucerman1 I was just joking, man! It's just unfortunately funny how must of us are born with unsymmetrical abs, they were clearly designed to be straight and vertical. They are just genetics, dude, can't do anything about it, just keep strengthening both sides simultaneously.

  • @deucerman1 You gain each ab for every 1,000 crunches you do. So just do about 1,000 right side crunches and you will even them out in no time :D

  • i need advice!! i have 2 abs on my right and 3 on my left. what should i do to get three on both sides? or is it just genetic? any advice would be deeply appreciated. thanks!
