hai bhavana,my oven has upto 250 c temperature.is that enough?

It is more than enough. it is about 482F

You know, it would help us all if you just briefly summarized everything in the description section. Like how much we need to preheat, for how many minutes we need to preheat, for how much time we need to heat it while it is in the oven etc. That way, some of us who are looking for the trivial details don't need to watch the whole video just to find that one single piece of information. :P Awesome recipe, though! Is your oven F or C? The pastry pack also recommend 400F and I always bake at 400F. So adjust with your oven temperature...

Bhavna,my biscuits were brown too fast,n not crisp on the inside.You think 400 degrees is the right temperature?Thank you so much for all your recipes.I am a big fan of your simple and authentic recipes.
