Award winning documentary about a small South Florida town's fight to keep a 'big box' Home Depot out of their picturesque village. This is a shortened edited version for YouTube. The original is about 45 minutes long. You can order the original DVD from rfendelman@yahoo.com for a donation of $20. If you would like to see a short video about my trip to the Digit Film Festival to accept my award for Best Documentary, search YouTube for 'No Home Depot Best Documentary Award'.

  • These assclowns lost and now we're stuck with a home depot in a nasty old shopping center instead of the state of the art building that they proposed. I have to thank them though as the home depot that they ended up building never has any lines and always has parking. IDIOTS!

  • You lost get over it and live the orange life WOOT WOOT FOR THE DEPOT!

  • also home depot has ruined the home improvement industry by flooding the market with cheap, temporary, toxic products to the point where some of these have even become standards. all of their vendors drastically lower the quality of their products to keep up with the low prices and high demand. they put many companies out of business and keep skilled tradesmen like myself who refuse to install junk sitting at home while the illegal immigrants line up to take our place. great film!

  • id be like dis videor is poop

  • ask yourselves, why do your elected officials vote against the wishes of the people they're supposed to be working for? KickBack's, Money from Lobbyist's. Big Co.s and Developers are getting away with murder!

  • wow..This is way too easy...I'm not from there but it's very common sense that if the majority of people that actually live in Coconut Grove don't want a Home Depot, then Home Depot people need stop acting like selfish imoral idiots trying to FORCE it on them.

  • "A hazardous materials stockpile"...and ...the sky is falling....the sky is falling. a classic example of chicken little mentality, and snob zoning.
