i think the 2 songs are in the same key, but the chord progression is completely different... i don't really hear much similarity except some lydian scales in the rubato intro section. vai does a lot in lydian mode, so maybe that's where the connection is coming from.

That swirling whoosh sound when he play the delay intro of this song, is it part of the effect from his axe fx or it is a backing track/loop?

He works with Ibanez in the creation of as many guitars as possible per year, and Advertises them.

i think the HQ is still in mono, so it's causing the guitar sound to phase... let me see if i can fix it, but there may be nothing i can do!!

ok you HAVE to add &fmt=18 at the end of the link to get stereo sound, if it isn't there already.
