@chuckiepicles10, actually I don't know. The only thing I know is that she is a scientist, fights along side with Casshern; and in battle against Andro Army, she holds an magnetic field gun. There's nothing else I can say about her or what her real abilities are right now. I only know what I know you neither probably try to watched/ played the game Tatsunoko Fight or just watched Casshern TV series/OVA and Film to know more information or sorts about Luna Kotsuki. That's what I would do.

I thought Tatsunko didn't own Volter. I think hes owned by Tomy.

@Izanagidonutz, you are right about Volter's company ownership was indeed Tomy today but since he appeared in Tatsunoko Fight created by Takara within league w/ Tatsunoko which was released in 2000 (6 years before the company merges with another company who was Tomy itself becoming "Takara Tomy" and 11 years before Tatsunoko vs. Capcom created by both Capcom and Eighting [also in league w/ Tatsunoko]). So technically Volter's REAL company ownership is actually just only Takara and nothing more.

I support what there doing with Marvel & Tatsunoko but i can't help but think of it as funny, Put it like this if the roles were replaced for the countries then this is like imagining Characters from Shonen Jump(Japan's Marvel) doing anime show with Characters from Hanna-Barbera(Americas Tatsunoko), Could you imagine Goku, Naruto, Luffy & Ichigo in a show with Space Ghost, Birdman, Blue Falcon & MIghtor, Hell I would think it's cool but just laugh cause it's actually happening.
