what people do not realize and remember is there are people who can not control this due to some type of neurological issues that they do not have control over such as Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and Frontal Lobe disorders. Just something to keep in mind about others.

That wasn't advice; she was just telling us her thoughts on crying in the office.
Not to mention the fact that she's a hypocrite; first says emotion and work should not mix, then says that "we're all human" and it's okay if we cry in front of coworkers.
