Why do so many people think that it's the use of a touch screen is what constitutes novelty in this case? As if Halo or Mario Galaxy were Pong clones because they use buttons to interface with.

iPhone copies Nokia, Nokia hasn't copied the iPhone yet, in fact, iPhone wasn't the first hand-held device to have a touch screen.
