Here are some simple exercises office workers can do to reduce neck, back & shoulder strain. Prompted by an initiative of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy called: Workout at Work Day, 8th Sept 2011.

The exercises may not be suitable if you already have pain or restricted movement: please use your common-sense and stop if they make things worse or build-up more gradually if able.
