hey i have a question...i have been doing 3 sets of concentration curls 1sr set 10 reps then add more weight and doing 6-8 reps then add more weight and doing 4-6 reps..is that good for concentrations or is it better to stick with one weight and do 3 sets of 10 reps?
I love doing these curls. Good form, awesome biceps!

@bucketzakkdimetconn depends, you want big ass biceps, do 8-10, you want to to have stronger biceps do 6-8
