First startup after converting my 2001 BH5 Legacy GT-B to a single turbo (VF22) with all STI v5/6 parts incl ECU, exhaust and inlet manifold etc. Running boost of 15 PSI (for now).
EDIT: now running a Possum Link Insert ECU
All STI v5/6 parts swap over with a few wiring mods for ignition, boost solonoid, fuel pump relay and fuel pump controller.
V5/6 STI ECUs do plug stright in (not on revison D BH's) BUT.... watch for Compression ratios(CR), the BH Twin Turb engines are 9:1 CR and the v5/6 STI ECU is either 8:1 or 8.5:1, either way the ECU to engine CR mismatch will cause major detonation as the timing will be too far advanced.
This is where you need a tunable ECU like a possumlink OR sort the CR out on the engine you are using.
All details and much more are at www.clubsub.org.nz
Would you do this for my BH?...if so at what type of cost?

@jezzmoto hey, not keen myself but sign up with clubsub.org.nz and find someone in your area. You may want to ask if the conversion can be done on a Blitzen.

Great conversion!
I have a 99 RSK and am seriously considering doing this. Now, you said that you used v5/v6 parts, including loom. Did you have to re-wire the whole car to get the ecu working. Also, is the engine you are running a v5/v6 sti engine or a converted twin turbo block? Cheers
