I like wkuk but i love Mr. Show, David Cross is my hero. I started watching that show when i was 13, I am kinda dissappointed in the Sponge bob guy, and i don't much care for the sarah silverman show but she was awesome on Mr. Show.

i think 'mr. show' is sort of like the american monty python, it's at least as absurd and it includes politcal and social commentary like python did

I'd say The State was sort of the American Kids in the Hall. Satirical, funny, and random. But, most American humor on television now is repetitive, unintelligent, and really obnoxious. I can't believe Mad TV stayed on for as long as it did. I spit on its corpse.
