  • The blonde in the white top is Taylor Miller, from "All My Children" fame.

  • Thanks I will add it to the keywords

  • Did every 80's car have a theme song?

Its pretty cheesy but at least the car companies were trying back then.

  • My very first car was a 1986 Skylark, which was the 4 door version of the Somerset. It was so cool, it felt like driving a spaceship. I loved those digital dashboards, I thought that was the wave of the future, but instead cars went back to boring analog dashboards.

  • Well, personally, no, I wouldn't really rather have a Somerset. I remember a relative of mine wanting one back in the '80's, though. I think he was fortunate enough that he never actually ended up with one.

  • @taurusguy2002 What were they trying? To distract people from the fact that they were building crap?

  • I had a Buick Somerset...and it was one of the worst cars I've ever owned - and trust me, that's saying a lot because I drove a Pinto for a couple of years!! O.o

  • The Suzuki Aereo has a digital dash.

  • What a cheeseball of a song, oh the 80's, what a dark time.

  • I told my friends i had a cool car! Now theyll believe me! Oh you have a Mach 1 huh? yeah well does it have its own theme song?! No! Didnt think so!

  • @taurusguy2002 No more cheesy than the cars were.

  • It's 80s-tastic!

  • Those were the days. My best friend's mom let us have the Buick for Prom. We felt like superstars! That digital dash was amazing. A while later the computer went out. It was $400 to fix which in 1989 money was like $4,000 today.

  • wow ... how bad is this ?

The thing is now I really feel like a "Mountian Dew", ... dont you ?
