In loving memory of Isabella--
You were taken from us so very fast
But your memory will always last
Until we meet again.
I am in no relation to Isabella, though she and her family will always hold a special place in my heart. Isabella, in 2008, passed away at too young of an age, and it just breaks my heart. There was nothing anyone could do, although I and her family would obviously do anything to change what happened that day.
Fly high Isabella...dance in the skies beautiful ballerina...it's okay -- we'll be alright -- so be free. We will meet again one glorious day.
From what Bella's grandmother, Sharon, has told me of her, the song, "Borrowed Angels", by Kristin Chenoweth to which this slideshow is set, is a perfect description. She shined a little brighter; she lived a little more. She loved a little deeper, and lived to give her best. She made our lives so blessed.
So why do they go so soon, the ones with souls so beautiful?
I heard someone say, "There must be
Borrowed angels, here in this life --
They come along, into this world, and make this world bright --
But they can't
Stay forever, 'cause they're Heaven sent
And sometimes Heaven needs them back again."
Borrowed Angels is performed by Kristin Chenoweth, and is from the album "As I Am", released in 2005 by Sony BMG Music Entertainment. ***I own no rights to this song.***
~~~EDIT~~~
For those who have asked about what Isabella died from, I will tell you.
I will not go into too much detail as it is very personal and the family is still grieving greatly.
Isabella passed away of a brain aneurysm. She had no previous symptoms, fine one moment, the next gone. The family had no idea whatsoever that their time with Bella would be so short-lived. There was no good byes, no last words with her brothers, no final sloppy kisses with grandma. Four years is just not enough. One second, the "happiest mom in the world" the next, heartbroken, her precious child gone. The world lost a little angel that day.
Thank you for all your kind words. I will make sure that the family gets to see them all. I know it means very much to me, so I cannot imagine how much it must mean to Isabella's family. It is very sad to think that someone who meant the world to you is gone, and by most, will be forgotten. Faded into history. She did not get the chance to get in text books, become a celebrity, or have many persons remembering her. That is not her fault at all, and I am very honored to have been able to do my part to help Isabella live on, if only in a video.
This was my first video, so it is not the best, and I may re-do it at a later time. Thank you again for all your kind words for Bella's family.
My friend had a friend die about 2 weeks ago from a brain aneursym and he's still taking it hard. Now everytime we get mad at each other he always says "don't leave mad, I may never see you again"...Which is so true... I'm sorry she's gone, but, she's in heaven with Jesus, I'm sure she's up there dancing around ;))
My sympathy goes out for your friend.
Yes, Ephesians 4:26 rings very true. I catch myself often going to bed angry and wondering, "What if something were to happen to one of us, and their last thought of me was my anger?"
Heaven's most beautiful ballerina, I am sure. Thank you for your love and sympathy towards Bella's family.
Thank you for your love and sympathy towards Bella's family.
I hope if nothing else good comes from this, that knowing of our Bella will remind you to hug yours tighter, laugh with her longer, and make sure she knows just how much she's loved. I thank God that Isabella knew all those things and anticipated with joy the day she'd see her Jesus face to face.
