Now, standard, .357 Sig is about $5.00 cheaper than .40 S&W. That's FMJ, in the average grain weight for both bullets, in their respective fields.

I believe Hickok is waiting for a Gen 4 Glock 38. The long wait is almost over for us .45 G.A.P. fans.

Get a hold of a 45 GAP, there aren't many videos covering it yet, and if you made a video you'd help out so many people interested in purchasing a 45 GAP like myself. You'd also be the first popular channel reviewing it! That'd give you lots of props from YouTube viewers! Just my two cents

can those conversion barrels fit in gen 4 23's?

Convinced me to get a .357 SIG barrel for my Glock 23. I'm interested in finding out what the difference in recoil is and how the point of impact will change compared to the .40 S&W. Though, I opted to go with the Lone Wolf .357 SIG extended 2-port barrel for my 23.

Great videos. Are you left eye dominant?
Thanks

@hickok45 I have heard that CorBon usually loads their cartridges hotter than many other manufacturers, however, how is their reliability, expansion, and penetration? I have had a hard time looking up for the statistics concerning CorBon ammo, and I have seen mixed reviews online. I would go with a G33 over a G30 just because of the more reliable feeding of the .357 sig catridge, or so I have been told. But any .45 acp +p can do the job that a faster .357 sig bullet accomplishes? any tips?

@hickok45 advantage of the .357 sig cartridge I would like to have at least 1400 fps out of a 3.5 inch barrel and about 525+ lb's of muzzle energy since I am considering purchasing a G33 in .357 sig. If I cannot achieve that than I would rather stick with a Glock 30, because the advantages of a .357 sig are not so obvious anymore. I want a cartridge with this capacity, as reliable as any gold dot or hornaday, but as fast or faster than CorBon load specifications. None of these brands have it all
Keep up the good work Hickok45! Your efforts are appreciated ;)

@MrBikeskill, With handguns at relatively short distances, a lighter, faster bullet WILL impact lower. Sorry, been there and done that too many times. AT longer ranges, it's often just the opposite.
