were still a lot of rich people living
during that time. The liberal historians
like to distort this fact.

I lived in St. Pete in the late 40s as a kid. I remember watching the pool being built there. The passenger train came to downtown in the middle of the street, not far from the hotel. The best stores were Maas Brothers and Webb City.

@dave98503 Sir,,,,this film is mis dated, it is the roaring 1920's and My father lived through the depression and it was very bad...its neither Liberal or Conservative . It was what it was...I am a republican and Historcially the 30's were a nightmare.

yes and the belleview biltmore in largo is in danger of being torn down
this hotel was almost dimolished in the early 90s late 80s ,it was saved by the historic sosiety , the soreno on the other hand was dimolished.
