WONG:
Ex-Beattle Paul McCartney was out in a London store at weekend to meet fans. He also had a surprise for them. Lets check it out.
STORY:
Around 300 fans queued at HMV by Oxford Circus on Sunday, with the real keen ones even camping out overnight.
"It was a dream coming true, it was the first time, I'm so excited, he was so nice."
"I'm shaking, unbelievable. I don't know, I'm only 18, everyone else here is quite old, but it feels amazing."
The fans received copies of a new album called "Electric Arguments.
It is the third album released by The Fireman". And McCartney has only just revealed that he's the man behind it all.
[Paul McCartney, Singer]:
"We were all quite experimental. I just happened to, you know, throw a few of the ideas in. But, yeah, I kind of like hiding behind a pseudonym. It's actually just for fun, it's no particular reason, no significance.
[Paul McCartney, Singer]:
"We needed a name, and I like it, and in the woods, one of my hobbies is making paths in the woods with my chainsaw. So I light a lot of fires. So I kind of thought of myself as the fireman. And my dad was a fireman when he was a young lad. So, the combination."
"The Fireman" is a collaboration with producer "Youth."
