I awoke to the sound of centurions
Being brushed aside by Meath people
And Westmeath men
The sun came up
And I gave my love the finger
I said to this town
I have come here
To boogie on down
I wound my way around
Feeling the force of the water
I wound my way around
And around the pillars of the earth
Buildings were humming
And I watched the windows shake
Formidable Dame Street loomed up like a whale
Raccoon Raccoon Raccoon
Linen Trousers was out on her own
With One Half of Two People
I didn't want to bump into her
And her great strange face
I got down on my hunkers
And waited
For her head to stop gushing
On her eyes
And her teeth
And her clothes
And her coffee cup lip
How old were you
When you first experienced déjà vu
Eleven or twelve I'd imagine
Round about then
So you'd never felt it before that
Is what you're saying
Oh yes many times
I'm certain I just don't know when
Raccoon Raccoon Raccoon
I was going for a slash
In her helmet
In George's Arcade
When a face that sullied its sunglasses
Stared into mine
You're not easy to look at
Straight on
Getting up in the morning
Now don't give me that
Give me grapes
For my gummy Aunt Maebh
Opposites Attracasits
And you're rubbing me
The wrong way
With hide all the white people
Written on the lee of your wall
You're nice to me
Sometimes
Bless your little cotton socks
And have a nice day
With your baby toothbrush
You fool
Raccoon Raccoon Raccoon
