20 Five Minute Meditation Sit Still in Meditation, Can You Do It?

All beings must be within to find peace but we are not at that level know. Thnking is part of the way for all of us. All ways leads to God right???

your not suppose to sit without thinking you just be aware of the thoughts then bring youself back to the breath. the more you fight to stop thinking the more thinking will try to come to you. your not dead yet and you will think.. just be aware of thoughts then let them go.

no they dont give you anything. they only awaken what you allready had in first place

but arent you saying your truth is the right truth too? who really knows the 'truth" to me only the Greatt mystery does. I have no idea just ideas.
