WOW! I have one of the old two-door models from real early November 1925, and the combo of the Clumbia Viva Tonal is truely a rich enjoyable sound experience. I (as I'm sure you do) appreciate honestly being able to go back in time and have an auditory experience just as those folks did. You are young, and I began collecting 40 years ago when I was 12. Thanks...it is good to know a new generation is keeping these treasures alive.

Such a grand song! I appreciate the "playing the old record on the old machine" but I wish you would transfer this record with a modern machine.... it's a great sound!!! Though I'm amazed as to the quality of your process!!

The "Ipana Troubadors" regularly appeared on radio at the time {hence, the orchestra was named after the sponsor's product, Bristol-Myers' Ipana toothpaste}. On record, it was supervised under the baton of bandleader Sam Lanin; this was recorded on May 14, 1929. The Dorsey brothers are lurking somewhere among the personnel...

Thanks! Yes, well, the motor is electric, but the sound is still acoustic. This is an early 1926 Credenza with a brass reproducer.
