Here is a remote VDI session with four monitors, connected via the SPICE server-based computing protocol. We're watching a full screen movie, editing a Word doc, visiting a Flash-heavy website, AND making a Skype call, all REMOTELY, via a VDI session connected via Skype! Let's see RDP or ICA try that!

Two years later and it is still "emerging technology" ...
I would really love to finally see it in the production.

In the press coverage I seen so far, SPICE seems great, but not (yet) optimized for over low bandwidth connections (like ICA is) This is something I would like to see. Qumranet stated that it is among it´s top priorities to improve on this. I want the same performance as ICA has (or better). So a remote GUI is almost as if you are working local. The I would be really interested. Solid ICE looks great so far.

This is very cool. What is possible over a low speed connection, i.e. 128Kb connection for mobile or home users?
