@BigBearfromthe206 honestly i use to be on steroids i didnt take them to look like a body builder i took them to tighten up my shoulder after dislocating it and got in real good shape and got real strong...BUT i didnt abuse them i took what i was told by the guy i bought them from. and had absolutely no side effects.. taken in moderation ur fine its when u abuse them is when you get problems

@studywar I didn't say it needed concentration but I'm sure you can burn more calories by pedaling faster, it's like reading a book on a treadmill, you can't run and read, therefore your not hitting the potential amount of calories your able to burn in a set time.
