PLC Touch Screen Demo

Here's a demo of Automation Direct's DL205 base with DL250 CPU communicating to terminator I/O using the IPX protocol. This particular program was designed for an atomizing sprayer. The function seen in the video manually steps through all of the sprayers. There are 8 sprayers, and each needs 2 inputs. The first is for atomization (with a lead-in and stay-on time of 200ms) and the second is for the actuator action.

hmmm you seem like a wise guy, I wonder could you tell me I would make the GUI for that and how much did that touch screen cost?. Sorry I am a new but can you do anything with these things could they controll anything?.

@acidrain55 The touch screen is only $189 at automationdirect's website. The PLC plus i/o cards + the ethernet i/o are the ones that cost a bit more. I think you can probably buy this whole setup for around $900. As for control, it all depends on what I/O cards you have. There are relay cards, DC, AC, servo control, etc.
