FF9 Dead Pepper Treasure Locations - Dive Spot 4

This is my guide to show you locations of every dead pepper treasure in the game. There is two different type of dead pepper treasures, bubbling dive spots which can be found in the oceans, and mountain cracks found in few mountains of different continents, both types have 5 treasures. Because dead pepper treasures doesnt have names, I will just simply call them "Mountain Crack 1" or "Dive Spot 1", and do them in a random order.
