OH God bless Oprah's new world order education...let's go to foreign countries and teach their children to serve our F%$#@! Up american ideals, because we are so good. Then each person that graduates will want an Ipad and will help us in our quest to brainwash the rest of africa...Maybe they have their values on straight and we dont...ever stop to think that?

Wow... For all the haters... how many kids have you helped... rich, poor, black white, pink, or blue. It is so easy to critize the efforts of someone who has the courage to take a stand... All the suggestions you have for Oprah and how she should spend her money... take that advice yourself and help a kid in need anywhere... You don't have to have Oprah's money to help... you just need to have Oprah's heart... Do You???

it great to take 150 girles and put them in a great school but there are millions of kids in south afarica like these ones i dont no what all oprah does with her money that her business but there need to be orinazations that tear down shacks and build apartmants for the poor and give them food and clean clothing if you build people up with the basic in lief they will thriev and it is a stepping stone for there future every body shouled be intiled to the basic in life not just a select few

@mRRRc lol I agree. Well intentioned but completely spoiled and misguided and not understanding the reality of the situation she is imposing her perceptions on. Besides....what kind of message is this to the brothers of the little girls who have to stay in the hut. That THEY are second class citizens maybe? Replacing one form of favoritism for another. Brilliant. Why doesnt she just pull CHILDREN out of poverty if thats her goal? Why is feminist sexism not sexism?
