PROBLEM IS EVERYBODY DOES SIT-UPS COMPLETELY WRONG: lay on your back with your arms beside you and keep your elbows on the ground and arms bend 90o and you pivot off your elbows.. and only lift your sholders about 6 inches off the ground.. do no back strain whatsoever.. it is the most effective and easiest crunch you can possibly do!

he was trying to talk and face the camera, why the fuck would he put his head all the way down. He was doing a quick demo for everyone's benefit -not a full out exercise. Fucking relax people.

Don't buy this crap. It's a waste of money. You're better off doing cardio everyday and eating less.

Mine must be broke. Even on the greatest resistance level, I sit and just fall back. It doesn't even help me get back up. I'm using the black bars.
