Eve Online - Shooting down a battleship while a mothership drops in!

Title says it all. This happened on August 01 2009 in Miroitem. After some playing around with an onyx, 2 pirate battleships warp in on us and we start shooting them. Shortly after a mothership comes in to help them. Who will remain standing?
