  • I just learned something. Thumbs up video.

  • looks good

  • Makes sense. Learn something new every day right? :)

  • @djex01 its not all on the bbq. A grill is just a grill. When you're grilling you're simply cooking directly by fire. That's it, period. Its very quick usually.

BBQing is different. Its a very slow method of cooking. The flames are usually from a flavored wood or coal that slowly burn at low temperature. For example, to BBQ a brisket, it takes hours over low heat and smoke. Results in very tender, smoky meat. On the other hand, you grill a burger or chicken breast in minutes.

  • so cooking chicken on a bbq is called grilling while cooking steak is called bbqing...?

  • YAHOO brought me here

  • @djex01 No its not all bbq. Go grill a hot dog vs bbqing it. Grilling just cooks the hot dog. BBQing it makes it tender and really gives it the smoke flavor of the wood or coals.

  • @rantanamo oh but it is because it is all on the bbq your not gonna call all your friends and say lets grill your gonna say lets bbq get your facts straight bro

  • Press 2 and 7 repeatedly. :D
