Digimon Frontier: Salamander -Takuya's Theme [AMV w/lyrics - 'Manly' Version]

Ever wondered if Takuya's voice in the Japanese dub was just a bit more... deeper? :3

Junko Takeuchi, Takuya's seiyuu, is a very talented female voice actor; but to be honest, when I watched the subs and heard Takuya's voice for the first time, I was rather disappointed. His voice in the English dub was so much deeper...! Eventually, as I continued to watch the subs, I got used to his voice, but still.

...So, I decided to play with Taki's theme song and see if I could make his voice a bit lower. I used WavePad Sound Editor to lower the pitch of the song, and used the ol' Windows Movie Maker to make up the AMV itself; so far my best AMV yet. I was careful about the timing and the beats, so the clips would flow along with the song.

I don't own Digimon, nor do I own any content used in this video. No strings attached.

Yes, really. I wanted to put the sequence in, but decided that Takuya's Unity Evolution fits the ending better. And there wasn't any time left to add in his Fusion form, so...

Great editing on Takuya's singing voice! I always do wonder how he would sound like Naruto when he's older in the recent episodes. It makes him sound like a mature and serious person in this one.
