Here are 7 great songs from the wonderful musical and movie "My Fair Lady".It is a new recut 58 note roll. Im still learning how to play this instrument correctly and im also in the process of rebuilding it. A few times during the clip you will hear the tredles working a bit harder to keep the Air pressure up as the leather flap valves need replacing and are a bit leaky , hopefully within the next few weeks i will have these replaced as well.

Also some notes may sound slightly off pitch and im in the process of finding those said notes and cleaning those reeds as required. About My Instrument:

My model V is a 1907 build ,and is a "pressure model" and not a suction model like many other reed organs on this site , the Model V stands at 5'6 in height and is 6'3 in width and 3' in depth.

It is finnished in a Walnut case and is a 58 note player with 20 stops. These are 16 instrument , 3 control stops and a Vox Humana stop.It also has 2 leg swells ,one is for controlling internal shutters to adjust the volume and the other is to select all stops (instruments) to play together ,this overides any stops that are selected and plays all instruments at the same time while its engaged.

If you have any questions about this instrument ,all any of my other instruments , feel free to contact me though here and i will get back to you.....Thanks for Looking Daniel :)

  • I love this arrangement, but to be honest with you, it sounds beautiful but it just needs to be a little faster, and it needs to be tuned.

  • @GermanStreetOrgan I admit the Orchestrelle needs work , im currently working on 2 player pianos at the moment , and once there done i will pull the Orchestrelle apart again and redo alot of things i didnt get done last time.I will also get the reeds cleaned and hope that it can improve the sound ,,,,,Regards Dan :)
