Make a 2 minute video of yourself or you and freinds working out to "Billy Blanks Jr's Cardioke on On Exercise TV On Demand or by using the video. Make it fun, exciting and unique. Do it in groups or alone...just have fun! The most exciting and unique video winner/s will receive...

THE PRIZE
Billy, Sharon and Jumoke will show up on their doorstep and do Cardioke with them in their living room. Each participant in the winning video will receive a Cardioke DVD and Billy and Sharon will sit with them to hear their health goals and help them make a plan toward reaching them. The winners will also be invited to the Los Angeles premier of Billy Blanks Jr's new workout titled Billy Blanks Jr's "DANCE WITH ME".
