Yes, I know about the scalar rays, or whatever those are. There are several people researching that area trying to get it nailed down as to what exactly they are. As soon as those role through, the nexrad systems light up/flare up, and often weather pops up as they travel through, but not always. At this point, as far as I am aware, no one has figured out what they are exactly, and what their purpose is. Your welcome to research it and put a video out on what you find out

I guess they could be using a modified radar to condense these back into rain by heating these 'clouds' back up. I just searched and found that ALL of the airport radar systems through 2012 are undergoing upgrades! Someone should investigate that. Search for 'Dual-Polarization Upgrade to NWS Phoenix Doppler Radar in Early 2011'

radar is not needed to condense it back ... as hot as the steam is ...

The atmosphere warms the higher you get until you reach a certain point (this is the greenhouse effect). Once you reach that certain point, it begins to get colder and colder until it is well below freezing (this is where hail is formed as water goes up and down adding another layer of ice every time it rises above the freezing mark).

So once the steam gets up there it condenses violently and you get violent storm

I've not witnessed the rocket propulsion test BUT, after Katrina, I moved to the coast to help rebuild. While there, I lived north of I-10 and east of Stennis Space Center.... I'd guess 15 miles ENE, as the crow flies (straight line). When they'd do a test, your could not only hear it, but almost feel it too. It must be an awe-inspiring thing to see first hand. For reference, I lived just north of Neco's Market Place in Pass Christian. Google earth will give you an idea how far away it is.

@GR8ISH8 You don't have to blindly believe anything that people say, but have you tried to DISPROVE these theories? Or are you just blindly deciding NOT to believe?? Without doing your own research, can you possibly make an INFORMED choice of what you believe? Maybe try that before calling people retarded and delusional.
