Skip the Pirate Cutscene without the Bow

You do need the Stone Mask for this, so this is probably limited to 100%. However, this shows that it is indeed possible to hit the hive with Deku Bubbles without triggering that cutscene.

The caught trigger in this room covers the entire area past the barrels up to a height even with the water level in the egg tank. So, hover over the trigger and you don't get caught. Mega flip at the end to cover the distance, as the trigger is quite large.

While admittedly Link himself is invisible, why the pirates ignore a bunch of explosions in the room is beyond me. Perhaps spontaneous explosions are commonplace in the Pirate's Fortress.

Wait, if you have the Stone Mask, can't you just open the chest, get the hookshot, hookshot up to the platform and shoot it with the hookshot? I imagine it would save a few chus

@Kzar5678 No. Aveil (the head pirate) sees you even if you have the Stone Mask (and will comment on what a strange mask you're wearing). The whole reason we have to hover is to get above her sight trigger.

@petrie911 No, you can definitely use a bubble up there. That's how I get the Hookshot in my bowless run.
