to this day, i still have this version on my mp3 player and listen to it on a regular basis. I have also downloaded a few of his other songs. i love them all, very talented artist.

I luckily found this as a friend of mine also entered the contest. This version of the song is brilliant. The first thing I thought of was "Figure 8" and "XoXo". Then I went on to listen to some of the samples of the debut album 'Souls of Passing Feet' and bought it right away. This may be a bit of a stretch, but it's nearly like having a new Elliot Smith album to look forward to listen to. The lyrics to "Piece of Me" are especially reminiscent to the late Smith.

By far the very best. you should have won. I love aimee mann, but she got this one wrong. Totally wrong. The production is amazing. Great re-wrigte of the song.
