thanks you, but is not this form, i talk to you for other form, when you stay in this same Gim, but you come your record yourself, because i see in thaat video, you stay alone, and you start and stop the record with one camera yourself, you remember that form and name???

Oh, that is a combo form. I put together two forms, Sam Lo Kuen, and Jeet Kuen
