Meet Lorelei Stevenson, GOTY 2010!

Okay, we know this isn't really the girl of the year 2010, and no this isn't for a contest. it was just for fun. sorry about the close up on the doll. i tried to change her eyes to green, but the paint on my computer is really weird, so her eyes got kind of messed up...sorry!

Anyways, Lorelei Stevenson is an ambitious but quiet 10 year-old girl who dreams of becoming a great artist. Her parents have no idea about their daughter's talent and they want her to be athletic, like then, so they sign her up for all these sports. But Lorelei knows sports don't make her happy. She wants to draw, even though she only has art class on Fridays at her school. One day, she finds out the art classes at her school are going to stop, because the teacher quit. Then her parents sign her up for the soccer team, where she can't seem to make any friends or score a goal. Can Lorelei manage to keep the art classes from stopping at her school, tell her parents the truth, and make her dreams come true? Find out in her story!

The story helps girls realize that being yourself and doing activities that interest you is a great way to inspire yourself, others, and make new friends. Lorelei realizes her talent and love for drawing, but keeps it a secret to make her parents happy. But she later realizes that the only reason her parents were even signing her up for all the sports was because they wanted her to be happy. She thought of a smart solution to save art classes, using patience, determination, and her innerself, and she realizes that that was what art was all about. You willl enjoy Lorelei's story about how a young girl learned it was okay to be herself, along with the beautiful doll. Lorelei has soft, long blonde curls, green eyes, and freckles. She will be here this year only to buy her before she retires!!
