So, basically, Britain and the US represent the only might left in the Western world? Oh, I forgot...Nicolas Sarkozy has some balls, but he isn't an army or air force in himself.

I know an ex-Guardsmen who was in Basra after the Brits left it. He's my age. I'm glad we have such people to fight or otherwise discourage our civilization's enemies from testing their strength. I thought about joining, but with terrible knees it was an academic question for me.

@247united Actually in the past theres been 3 anglo-afghan wars and the results were basically one was lost one was a draw of sorts and the last one was a tactical victory for the britsh just saying.

@dale1996able why would the US bash brittan? they volunteered for this war, they didn't have to get involved, but did. and even if it's a stupid war fought for even dumber reasons and was started by an even more questionable man.... i think i can respect the british for joining in to make sure our men come home safely.

I looked at a bunch of videos like this and I noticed something strange. when its british soldiers doing the fighting, the comments are all supportive but if americans are involved, all the comments are bashing us. I don't understand how that works, especially when both the U.K. and the U.S. are out there doing the same thing.
