@wolski888 Since then, I have continued my studies and strengthened my religous beliefs. I understand fully the arguments against Catholicism, like one mentioned earlier on this page, and I understand that no matter how hard we try, there will still be those that hold to those lies, for their on personal reasons. May the peace of Christ be with you always.

@wolski888 Finally, my truest conversion, the moment that I finally decided to become Catholic undenieably, was the moment I discussed Biblical history with Dean Edward C. Jacobs, had a few talks with my philosophy teacher, Jeremy Mhire- Hardvard trained, and finished reading all the records from the council of Nicea. All this ended when I put my phone in my bookbag, it dialed a perfect ten digit number by accident, and low an behold, it was a priest. I bascially said I get the Hint, God.

@wolski888 I also finally grasped the concept of free will, transubstantiation, apostolic succesion, purgatory, and much more. I also, read as much as I could get my hands on about atheistic philosphy, and then fought it using the words of theologians, and scientists that claim to be religous. Teh most important of these books that help me battle determinism and atheism, was the Science of God, by Gerald Scheorder- an MIT trained astro physicist. Who also dealt with quantum theory and Relativity

@wolski888 At one point during the RCIA class, the rite of christian initiation for adults, I almost lost my faith an anything. You see I dropped into nihilistic determinsm. I belevied that I was nothing more than a sack of cells drifitng through the universe for absolutly no purpose. However, in the same way I dropped into this I was able to get out- intelligence and contemplation. I studied the works of Agustine, and Aqunas more deeply and finished reading the Summa Theologica.

@wolski888 Questions arose, and I discovered that it was the Roman Catholic Church that put the Bible together, in 325 ad at the council of Nicea. Meaning that if any religon were to claim true continuance from scripture, it would be the Catholic church. During this I also began attended Mass with my friend Alex, I had religous debates witht he priest, and I began reading religous text. The most prevailent of these was the Summa Theologica, by Thomas Aqunas.

@wolski888 and so God turned the darker so that they may be distinquished from the more pius ones. Finally, Mormons beleive that Elohim had physical sex with Mary to produce Jesus. As time has gone on, the Mormon church also teaches that the Garden of Eden is in Jackson country Missourri. All of this contributed to my leaving Mormonism. Now my conversion to Catholicism is a bit different. I was taking a history class in college, in which we dealt with mideaval thought.

@wolski888 Much was involved. I left Mormonism for it held beleifs that I could not hold. It believes that God, in their view Elohim, was once human. Further, Christ is a creation, not a part of any Trinity. Next, they beleive that Elohim, God, cursed black people to be darker than whites because they remain neutral in the war in heaven. Mormonsim teaches that native americans were once white jews from the ancient middle east, who sailed to America, produced children, sinned agaisnt God
