I used to go to Spats every saturday .

And before that the electric ballroom.

I was there on the last day Saturday 19th July 1986 (the day of UK FRESH 86).

The last record played at Spats was Time Zone - wild style . I used to have a pile of pics but lost them in a police graffiti raid LOL.

I got on the tube to Webley and Fresh 86 at 3pm with Live to break.

    GREAT DAYS!!

love it priceless, Your dad was an innovator, inspirater, just like all in the video A UK HIP HOP Creator.

    Yes you should be proud.

I must say Westwood Started Spats and then left it was the Family Quest who were like the host Mc's at first. but then Working with the Mix-Masters Carried it on for the next three to for years. before the sad ending on the 19th July.

Up to UK fresh 86, where We the quest represented the UK RAP scene. Great times long lost, never forgotten. Bless y'all!
