@exbanwilb224 The Javelin is an American product. It was designed by Texas Instruments and Martin-Marietta, it's now manufactured by Raytheon and Lockheed-Martin. Those are all American companies and the missile originated from a US program to replace the Dragon ATGM. The British licensed built the MILAN, until they replaced it and the Swingfire with the Javelin.

@exbanwilb224 Actually, the F-22 is probably the king of the fifth generation air craft. The Typhoon is a gen 4.5 aircraft, it probably would get smoke from 30km in a real fight with a Raptor. The T-50, a prototype, is probably a decade away from deployment. By that time, the US will probably be starting serious work on it's sixth generation fighter.
