ATLANTA, June 8, 2011, 3 a.m. - New Birth Missionary Baptist Church pastor Bishop Eddie Long is paying nearly $25 million and has given an apology to settle claims he had sexual relationships with four young male parishioners, a source has told Redding News Review.
The source, who claims to be familiar with the details of the settlement and did not wish to be identified, said that Long refused to give a public apology, which ended up costing him more.

REGARDLESS of ur issue w/the man Eddie Long, there is no denying the MINISTRY/Anointing that GOD placed in him. I do not believe that n e 1 w/ a heart 4God can deny the gift. Im really praying that these allegations about Bishop Long are not true. The bible says that we all have sinned and come short of the word of God(that ALL includes the pastors and preachers also) they are human just like we are and they also fall and come short of the word of God. Dont judge him pray for him and his family, especially his wife and children. We are all innocent until proven Guilty. You are in my prays Bishop.
