Someone needs to sample it...

@AssortedStuff It wouldn't be really interesting if make a loudspeaker mp3 player...
-
@cheek in fact - watch?v=CRfx3fmbeSc
-
@cheek actually, if I remember correctly, this thing was modeled after various other devices which do essentially the same thing, only with different Mantras - they were created as a sort of "prayer on the go" gadget for Buddhists who wanted something for a guide while they're alone.

@AssortedStuff I'm pretty sure the whole idea behind the FM3 Buddah is its simplicity. If you want to loop, get a jamman or a rc-20.
-
i get it and dont get it all at the same time.

well I believe a good musican can make music with everything...

Finally, someone explains what the heck is the Buddha Machine. Thanks.
I personally find it quite useless and completely eco-unfriendly, but I am able to see why it is appealing to some people.
Since it just came out a second version of it I assume they will continue producing it, and perhaps a future version will have flash memory to be able to take user music files. And perhaps they (FM3) might even release a simple piece of software to make it easier to the consumer to do their own loops.
