Money makes the police salute a dog, lets a dog join exclusive clubs, makes a dog become senator and makes the high society dance "the dog". The other way round it would work with a pig, a monkey... or a human being. The cartoon shows the common misconception that the system was run by money for men. It`s running by men for money, and ,as a final end, for the creature who owns it. SMGJohn s right, how can it be propaganda if its true?

In end the dog buys the power of the State and as long as there is a State we are all up for sale to the highest biding dog.
