Children's Rights, one of the USA's foremost advocacy organizations for children. We use the power of the courts, policy analysis and public education to ensure that children who are abused and neglected receive the care and services they need and that they grow up in permanent and loving homes.

  • Part of the problem in the States is that children have limited children's rights. Of the UN countries only the US and Israel have not adopted the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. Obviously this isn't the only problem- it's just part of the bigger picture.

  • There are many of us that complain about the corrupt CFS system. We are not saying that the system should not exist, just that the system shouldn't and can't be corrupt. Unfortunately there are children actually being abused and should be removed. But we know that thousands of children are being removed that SHOULD NOT BE REMOVED. Also placing the children in foster homes that are abusing/neglecting the children is just CRAZY. There are majors issues that need to be corrected/replaced.

  • We need a national political system that supports children's rights! We had more of this in the Clinton Administration with the adoption policies and nothing notable in the Bush adminitration.

  • They should call it youth rights. Child rights usually means Christian anti-porn groups

  • Sometimes, CPS uses the children who truly have been abused as a cover sheild to the public to cover up the children they should not have in their system using them for larger incentives.

  • if you are a child in foster care and are by some chance watching this video, then please speak out lets hear yours the childs view in care about social services

  • Thank you so much for going the distance to make a difference for the children.
