@xpez "everyone is embarrassed by something they liked when they were younger. " THEN THEY GOT OLDER...or "THEY AGED" (no pun intended)....their tastes dont conform the popular tastes of the younger generation any longer...

@frottery um Giblets nice way to take apart of my statement out of context, so the heart of what i was getting at is missing so it completely changes my statement to mean something ridiculous!!!!
delineation of taste in music, WHERE YOU FIND YOURSELF AT ODDS WITH THE MYSTERIES OF POPULAR TASTE, with clearly the right intentions and logic...
Before you go around spouting off like MR. KNOW IT ALL try a little reading and comprehension first.

delineation of taste is a symptom of aging? So if you're 17 and you decide "x is cool" and "y sucks" you are doing so because of aging?
Derp. Save this nonsense for your Psychology 101 TA. Everyone has taste, everyone is embarrassed by something they liked when they were younger. Everyone has something obscure they liked (or disliked) that had no longevity or real value as it was just "free expression." Nothing wrong with it, nothing RIGHT with it either.

@Giblets12This delineation of taste in music, where you find yourself at odds with the mysteries of popular taste, with clearly the right intentions and logic, is a symptom of aging and being part of an older generation. It seems a younger generation has taken hold of music and used it was they wish, whether it its talent or not, there is an audience that they are expressing themselves for. And it's those people that matter...
your problem is about losing touch with youth..
