I keep reading comments from these high and mighty people who claim to be parents acting so shocked about this book. I don't believe them for a second. ANYONE who is a parent knows this feeling exactly, but were never able to put it into literary form before now. This book is hilarious and Samuel reading it was PERFECT!

Glad you all like it. It keeps getting deleted, and I keep uploading it. This is just too damned funny to forget! Having Samuel narrate it just pushes it over the edge! I hope they make a series....

LOL This is *hilarious*!!! Who could possibly take this seriously? It's not a book for kids, people! It's a book for parents, about the frustrations we feel and the things we *don't* say to our kids. It's a joke! And a F**king funny one at that. hahahaha

@boballende doesn't matter if it's gibberish, it's honestly all about the tone you speak to the child in I believe, seeing as at a young enough age they don't know what the words really all mean. It's all gibberish, it's just the parent staying with them as they fall asleep for the night. A child who acts up may make a parent want to say these things to the kid, even if they don't always, because no matter how cute a kid is, you get tired to. It's all for humor dude. Go the fuck the sleep.

I can not bring myself to swear in front of my child, just have no need for it really. Clearly this is just a funny story that expressive how hard it is sometimes to get your young ones to go to sleep.
If you do not care for this, then live and let live and do not read it to your child.
