Radical interpretation of this tune.
Are you familiar with the Edgar Sampson arrangement for Chick Webb and Benny Goodman? Also, supposedly the tune was originally written as "Ilona" for a Latin dance band in 1928 by Sampson's bandmate in the Webb band, MARIO BAUZA, who was eventually the architect of the book of his brother-in-law MACHITO's orchestra, an iconic originator and innovator of Latino Jazz.

Quite a radically different take than any I've ever heard of this tune. Are you familiar with the the actual Edgar Sampson arrangement that was originally played by Chick Webb and Benny Goodman?

I heard a Harry Connick Jr Version of this.
Mine is inspired by his, but not quite the same. He performed it on the "When Harry Met Sally" Soundtrack.
